RAD is available for one on one sports nutrition athlete work, team training camps and athlete summits. We have a deeply rooted reputation for catering, the occasional trail head wedding, local store events, and finish line food.
Chef Kelly Newlon
Kelly holds decades of high end restaurant experience, including baking, pastry and chocolate work. She attended the Culinary Institute of America, and Purdue University.
During her restaurant tenure, she created two birthday cakes for Julia Child, presented dessert for the Julia Child Smithsonian Institute Exhibit Grand Opening, and created dessert for Former President Bill Clinton's second Inaugural Ball. She has co-written six cookbooks, and is sought out by professional athletes for expedition work.
She holds seats on several PTRA groups, and frequently writes for industry media.
