  • Founder

    Kelly Bailey Newlon is a runner and a chef.  She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America/Hyde Park and has been cooking in professional kitchens as a line cook and/or pastry chef since she was a teenager.

I am a lifelong professional chef rooted deeply in Sports Nutrition and Athlete Management. My client list includes professional athletes, the teams and brands who sponsor them, and Environmental Advocates. This work takes me across the globe from the mountain endurance sports space, to Olympic Villages, and the NBA. 

Combining work as a professional chef and athlete myself was a natural progression. I work with athletes, because I am an athlete. I am proud to have built a small yet mighty company centered around the community I love.

I hold countless working hours in Sports Nutrition and Trauma Integrated Nutrition. This work places me one-on-one with the athlete, and their therapeutic team when available. I am experienced teaching professional farm to table programs and working on regenerative ranches.

I have built long-standing respect and relationships with clients, through consistent delivery of quality, compassion, and excellence. I have been fortunate to work alongside the United Nations Environmental Program, Patagonia, National Geographic, BOA, Vibram, Adidas, and Red Bull.
