-First and foremost, please know I am an athlete agent and manager. I do not solely find partnerships for people. For those looking for someone to simply find partnerships, I am likely not the right fit for you.
-I heard you help athletes. Can you help me?
I do help athletes. The first step is to contact me via email. I will send an intake document and assess. If it feels like I can help, I will let you know. Please email me for inquiries: info@radboulder.com
-Are you taking on new clients for full-time management?
Full-time clients are on a case-by-case basis. It’s always worth reaching out, but please know that it is a short list, by design. It is not my intention to represent half a dozen of the same athletes in the same sport.
-Are your consulting services free?
No, my time and experience are not free. There is a onetime fee for all consulting services.
This includes a 90 min call, and an audit afterwards. If you are interested in hearing more, please email info@radboulder.com to inquire.
For brand consultation and audit inquiries, please email kelly@radboulder.com to discuss.
-I don’t have to pay anything until you solidify a partnership for me right?
This is a truly important question. I work on a retainer system.
I generally charge a monthly fee for full time athletes instead of a direct percentage from contracts.
However, this is case by case. I can explain more if we get to this point. It is also not a concern unless you are a full-time client. Again, my services are not focused merely on acquiring partnerships. If that is what you are looking for, I am not the right fit for you.
-If I contact you for advice on a partnership already in place, I don’t pay, right? Since the contract was already in place.
My time is as valuable as the next person’s, and there is a reason people reach out to me. Due to a few bad apples who felt it appropriate to ask a multitude of questions and for advice, only to turn my paying services away, I have structured things accordingly.
If the client asks multiple questions and seeks additional advice regarding said partnerships, then yes there is a fee for my time. It is not reasonable for anyone to expect endless advice on something, and not compensate. There is a flat fee for this sort of work, and it is structured individually depending on the needs of the client. Let me know what you want, and I’ll let you know the monetary breakdown from my end. It will likely fall into my hourly rate.
-Are you an attorney?
No, I am not. I have a handful of attorneys who assist me as needed. I have seen hundreds of athlete contracts over the past decade and hold a strong knowledge of said contracts. Everyone who works with me signs an NDA.
